Think of this as formally requesting a loan. It's akin to submitting a comprehensive form detailing why you need the money, your ability to repay, and other relevant information pertaining to you and the property.
Once you've submitted your loan request, our team assesses you and the deal. While any credit will qualify and no experience is necessary for our loans, our team will examine your deal (whether its ratios such as ARV and rehab estimates are in line) and your own investment experience and financials, which will help determine the rate you will receive for the loan.
After approval, you'll get a document laying out the terms. This will include how much you'll be receiving, the interest rate, and your repayment terms.
Once you're approved, you officially start the loan process. This involves signing some paperwork and finalizing the details.
As part of the process, you'll need to provide documents to back up the info you gave in your application.
Underwriting is a thorough check of the property numbers and your financial situation to assess risk and viability of the deal.
After successfully managing the loan, you'll reach the point of closing it. This involves settling any remaining financial matters, finishing up paperwork, and acknowledging that you've fulfilled the terms of the loan.
